About HTS

Hampton Technical Services has been professionally selling, installing, servicing networking technology since 1986. We service New England's commercial and residential properties with business telephone systems, Voice-Over-IP, Closed Circuit Security Camera systems, and more. We work closely with our customers to make sure that we meet their needs and offer our knowledge obtained through decades of experience with the equipment we offer. We strive to supply the solutions that fit our customers' unique needs.

Meet The Team

Hampton Technical Services was founded in 1986 by Richard and Lynda Gibbons. They have since retired and passed the torch to their long-time General Manager, Brian St. Laurent, who acquired the company in 2021.

Brian St. Laurent, President / Owner

Brian got his start working on telephones and telephone systems while still in high school. After high school graduation, he joined the United States Air Force, where he received extensive training. After being Honorably Discharged from the USAF, he joined HTS in 1990. His decades of training and hands-on experience have been invaluable to Hampton Technical Services. The combination of his extensive knowledge and strong professional relationships with our customers has been key for our continuing success. Brian's broad-based knowledge of old 1A1 or 1A2 key systems and modern, technologically-advanced IP systems makes him an asset in his chosen career field. He has experience, knowledge, and certifications of telephone systems by such major manufacturers as Avaya/Lucent/AT&T, Partner, Mitel, Nortel, Panasonic, and NEC SL-2100, SL-1100, and DSX, just to name a few.

Monica Bozeman, Business Manager / Office Manager

Monica joined the HTS family in 2010, bringing with her over 30 years of managerial experience. Her background and previous experience included having owned two businesses. Her primary function is to keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly for HTS. Monica is the first point of contact with our customers, as well as liaison for our field technicians. Additional duties include full-charge bookkeeper, advertising, marketing, website administrator and human resources.

Rick Davis, General Manager / Field Supervisor

Rick came to HTS in 1998 after working in manufacturing. He has cultivated strong customer service skills that have served him well in our industry and reflect positively on our company. His ability to rapidly learn the skills needed to perform his job well from the onset allowed him to advance into his current role of General Manager / Field Supervisor. He is certified in Avaya Partner, Panasonic, and Samsung small business telephone systems. His knowledge and experience also extend to cabling infrastructure and is certified with Hubbell, Panduit, Leviton, Spec Seal, Valcom, and is BICSI certified.

Rene Rivero, Senior Field Technician, Business Telephone Systems, Cabling

Rene joined HTS in 2004. However, his telecommunications career began during his service in the U.S. Army Signal Corps in 1976. It laid the foundation for his extensive knowledge of multiple telephone systems. He has certifications and training in Avaya IP Office, NEC DSX, NEC SL-1100 and SL-2100 systems, Panasonic KXT, Nortel.

Nate Bennett, Networking Specialist, Security Camera Tech, Low-Voltage and Fiber Cabling

Nate has been with HTS since 2013 and has been broadening his field of knowledge continuously. Nate is our go-to tech for networking systems and wired/wireless access points (WIFI). He is BICSI certified.

John Bartlett, Low-Voltage and Fiber Cabling, Door Access Control Tech

John joined HTS in 2018 and is one of our lead cabling techs, and now is installing door access controls.

Robert Lapointe, Security Camera Tech, Low-Voltage and Fiber Cabling, Door Access Control Tech

Robert joined HTS in 2022 and has become our go-to tech for Closed-Circuit Security Camera Systems (CCTV). He installs, programs, and trains on how to use the state-of-the-art systems we offer. Additionally, he is our fiber optics specialist.
